Rick & Susan Turney founded Turney & Turney Designers/Builders in 1989 in Richmond, Virginia. From the start, it was important to separate the company from other builders in the area by establishing a reputation based on quality and integrity. The concept of having a solid work ethic backed by quality control has brought us success over the years not only in producing excellence in all our projects but maintaining positive long-term relationships with all of our clients.

Rick Turney is on-site daily to ensure quality control in all phases of the building process. Rick is available to our clients any time they chose to call. We have kept our business small and in the family over the years and have found that the only way to be a true custom builder is by being completely involved in each project.
