I had a frozen pipe at my house. They came out very soon, in spite of being busy due to the cold snap. The plumbers replaced the broken pipe and made sure it would not happen again by telling me to seal off a badly placed crawlspace vent.

They were fantastic. They were out immediately after the problem was found. The owner himself was out and he brought actual licensed plumbers to fix the work and make it right. The job done was top notch and attention to detail was evident. I would highly recommend them.

I called to have work done under warranty on an installation this business did for me less than a year ago. They came and repaired it and then handed me a bill. I refused to pay it stating that the work was covered under warranty. He then called the cops on ME!... on my OWN property. When the police arrived I showed them my receipts and so they just wrote it down and left. While they were working, they discovered that they had forgotten to install one of the parts too. Shoddy worksmanship and dishonest business practices is what you can expect from this business.

This morning I woke up to a leak under my kitchen sink. Turquoise Trail came 35 minutes after I called them. They were awesome! They were polite, knowledgeable and quick. their fix was perfect. Strongly recommend using them. Call them--they are polite from the second they answer the call.
