There was an unpermitted adu installed behind the existing garage. the sanitary sewer was installed before current ownership using 3 abs. the adu has been removed and as part of that demolition process the contractor was supposed to cap the sewer installed to the adu. we would like to have a camera inspection to legalize the current sewer so that a future adu or tiny home can be built... see more
