In 2013, Joe Schwab and Joe Schwab, Sr., owners of HCS Construction Services, purchased Uniplex, Inc to supplement their existing company and improve their commercial construction division. HCS Construction Services, also founded in 1979, had its niche in the greater Seattle area as a custom home builder and award-winning residential remodeler.
