They are so so helpful in such a stressful rental world. Aaron always drops what he’s doing to pick up the slack when our rentals have issues or during our tenant turnovers.

Very affordable, responsive, and professional. There’s nothing their team can’t do and they have even helped a few of our family friends save on costly unwanted updates to their homes like windows for my mom, and when my brother in law had a tree fall and crush his roof, United saved them tons of money.

I had a great experience with United Realty Repair recently when my water heater flooded my mother in law suite off our garage. United worked with insurance, handled everything from demo to remediation, and restoring it to what it was before the incident. They even gave us a few upgrades at no extra cost on the level of quality on drywall texture finish, upgraded paddle switches, and their finish carpenter was such a nice guy showing us how meticulous details are overlooked by most builders that They don’t cut corners on.

Really appreciate how prompt their team was making this nightmare of an incident not such a big deal in the end after working with them!
