USA Green Builders did a complete remodel on our kitchen, including new cabinets, counters, flooring, sheetrock, painting and electric. They did excellent quality work and were done in just 18 days. I am skilled enough to have done all this work myself, so I feel that I have the savvy to evaluate their work at a most critical level. In many cases they exceeded my expectations, especially with the electrical installation including numerous outlets and a new sub-panel.
Rotem was our project manager. She checked in almost every day and came by most days. She ordered materials so they were on-site when needed. She took us to cabinet, counter, tile and flooring vendors for selection. She worked closely with our input and often made suggestions we would later appreciate immensely.
We love our new kitchen!

This is the worst experience we have had as homeowners. Melanie, the project manager (which does not actually describe her title, because I am not sure she understands what being a project manager entails), came in offering to remodel our kitchen and bathroom with a competitive edge in pricing. Well, when people say when things sounds too good to be true, it's because they usually are. Our project began end of November of 2021 with an estimated completion of 2-3 weeks (we even talked about celebrating the remodel with family over during christmas). Fast word to June 21st, 2022 and IT IS STILL NOT FINISHED. We have not heard from Melanie in over one month. We have called, texted, and nothing. She has literally ghosted us and has yet to finish our third contract.
Aside from a horrible completion rate (don't let that claim on their website fool you- I would ask for proof of completion rates to understand where they got that statistic from), the first contract had to be redone because of the horrible quality of work. Just as an example, tile was placed on walls without first prepping the wall. That's construction 101. When called out, they say they would fix it and then put on this whole show of bringing out Eyall to not only intimidate their contractor but us as well. Did it work? NO. The new contractor (to be fair, Ivan was great and this was completely out of his control) came in and did his best to touch of some stuff, but it is still not completed.
The unproffessionalism is unreal, get ready to hear things like:
"When you show people pictures, tell them your house is crooked and it's not our work"
"Eyall's daughter can't come in and see this house or she will tell him"
Blatant comments of the poor craftsmanship and still didn't follow through. I would rate this company in the negative if possible.

The project was mainly cosmetic, such as laminate floor panels, drywall, trim and tile. It was scheduled for 4 weeks. It took 3 months. By week two, they made the showers unusable and they could not put it back together because “they were waiting for materials”. After two months the crew stopped showing up at all and the person claiming to be the owner wanted final payment. Showers had not been tiled. The drywall, which only had screws in the corners were falling down. The trim had already fallen off in places. Nails and jagged metal were sticking out of the walls, and there was also a pile of trash in my front yard. During this period, when I stopped by my home, I had to stop them from building things that were not to code.
After many texts, a new person showed up, also claiming to be the owner. He brought a new crew to salvage the project. They had to tear down the drywall and start over with that. Around the 3 month mark, the 2nd "owner" wanted final payment. He offered me $1000 to not write a review. When I tried to insist on him finishing the grout in the shower, he took back the offer. I made final payment only because I wanted my house back and doing the work myself was easier than getting him to do it.

We have a completion form that was finished and signed January 16th, 2021 by you, indicating what the project would entail with materials, time frame, and the project as a whole. USA Green Builders is a devoted and trusted company, we would never bribe our customers to write reviews or let alone bribe them in general. Our company has a variety of project managers to satisfy your needs. We only accept payment once the project is 110% completed and when our customer is thoroughly pleased. -

This company did 2 jobs for me: a driveway repaving and house painting job. The repaving job was a 5 star; crew worked fast and did a very nice job. The house painting took a bit longer to complete as I had to ask them to return to touch up spots they missed, but the end result was excellent so I'll give a 4 star. Job Manager, Avraham Arbel, was very responsive to my requests and extremely conscientious in managing his work crews, making sure jobs were completed to customer satisfaction. I am very demanding and I feel this company came through nicely.
We used USA Green Builders for our bathroom renovations and I'm so glad we did! This included the master bath, guest bath + downstairs 1/2 bath. They did a PHENOMINAL job, from start to finish. First of all, Rotem - our project manager - was out within a few days to give us a quote. We got the quote back within a few more days. Very responsive and efficient. The customer service was fantastic - also from start to finish. The price was right - very fair.
In terms of the demo and remodel process, there were no major issues or hiccups. The team remained responsive, considerate, professional and hard working. Rotem checked in with us daily with supervision over the whole process. If there was an issue or roadblock, it was quickly resolved with speed yet efficiency.
For the final product - it is absolutely amazing. We now have the bathroom(s) of our dreams and are so glad we found the right partner for this work. We will 100% use USA Green Builders again in the future (we have an older home that needs a lot of work). I have no hesitation about going with this team again. I highly, highly recommend.
