We are all close and do our best to make sure things get done in a timely manner. The majority of our work done is for Shingles Roofs but we also work on Flat, TPO, Tile and Metal roof's. We work closely with a gutter company, a solar panel company and a dumpster company. Had them install a roof with a request for hurricane straps to be installed current with 2020 wind standards and keep my family as safe as possible inside the home. They removed the roof and said they were installed already (hurricane straps) said they were good insurance broker ( Multiple insurance companies) said they we not current and would not be considered hurricane straps ( by this time the roof was on the house) We will have to now pay more for another company to install wind mitigation’s correctly and up to 2020 standards. They left a lot of nails and roofing material on the ground around the house and driveway that seem to still be picking up as we walk to our cars and need to check the area before my toddler can play. We also had gutter guards on the house and when they removed the old roof threw out our guards did not put new ones on the gutter after finishing the roof more $ on our end. Other then that the roof is on the house we will see how well it holds up I do not have high expectations but we will see! My recommendation would be to try another company see how it goes or set the bar low with this one.

5 Stars: Service Experts Exceeded Expectations for AC Installation
I recently needed a new air conditioning system for my home and called Service Experts based on the great reviews I had seen online. I am so glad I chose them! From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding.
Zack, the technician they sent to assess my home and provide a bid was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain all of the different options available based on the needs of my home, including top-of-the-line energy efficient systems and additional "indoor air quality" products to help filter out pollutants and allergens.
I ultimately chose a high efficiency Lennox AC unit and decided to add on a whole home humidifier, air purifier, and high filtration duct cleaning. The installation team was punctual, friendly, and worked efficiently and neatly. They completed the entire job in one day!
The new AC cools my home so quickly and quietly. And the indoor air quality is noticeably fresher and cleaner with the new products. My family, especially my son with allergies, is breathing much easier.
I would highly, highly recommend Service Experts to anyone needing heating, air conditioning, or indoor air quality products! Their customer service is top-notch, their technicians are all subject matter experts, and their pricing was competitive.
