Since 1990, Victory 44 Construction has been a staple in the construction industry. African American owned and operated, Victory 44 Construction proudly serves Southern Wisconsin and Northeastern Illinois. Owner, Victory Simmons, has taken special pride in providing training to minority craftsmen in order to build up a diverse workforce. The relationships with our team staff, along with the strong customer relationships we have built throughout the years is something we will continue to encourage and build on into the future.
