Sam and his crew did a wonderful job on 2 separate jobs. They did shotcrete on 2 different walls on my fence that had fallen , then when that project was done I had them do stamped concrete on my patio so my parents would not fall.
Yes, I would call on him again, and I would recommend him.

Great experience. Sam worked with me to help design our remodel, and came though to complete.

Horrible experience working with this company. The job was supposed to be completed in 4 weeks as stated in the contract. It's now 8 later and they still haven't finished. They don't return texts, email or phone calls. Did I also mention that they took final payment back in May 2017. That's when they stopped working. I'm fed up. Don't hire this company.

Construction Samuel D. White Construction ( CA licenses 1015720) run by Samuel(Sam) D. White worked under S D W Concrete Construction (CA Licenses 679399) until he was involved with a California State Licensing Board investigation it to the hiring practices of Todd Swallow (CA#945182).

Sam represented him self as a GC working for Todd. He confirmed that he hired and used an unlicensed electrician, painters and worked as a GC with the wrong licenses.

I worked with Todd and Sam for over 6 months on punch list items and property damage, to no avail. Had to fill a complaint with the CSLB, investigation still ongoing. The did suspend Todd licenses for misfiling as a sole owner without employees. He now has worker’s compensation, and able to work again. I think my investigation will probably end his GC career under his current license. BE VARY WARRY OF ANYTHING FROM TOOD, SAM OR WILLIAM

Got into contract with Sam for a $27,500 project. It took over 1 year and A LOT of persistance to get him to finish the job! He constantly used the phrase, "I have a crew on their way." And then no one would show up for months. He is a scam!!! DO NOT pain yourself by hiring SDW Construction! He made threats to sue us and so on. Yeah right, buddy! That never happened. Just an absolute nightmare of a company!!!

I am disappointed with SDW in the fact that after I spoke with Mr. Samuel, confirmed the next day appointment onsite, and the company no showed and didn't call to reschedule.

Sam and his crew reconstructed our decks in 2 separate projects. Both projects had time constraints, and the team went above and beyond to meet the deadlines. The work was exceptional and his team are friendly, skilled and dedicated. We will definitely be working with them again in the future.

Sam and his team did an excellent job on our home addition and remodel. The project has turned out perfectly, and we are extremely pleased. Additionally, all of the guys on the crews were always very pleasant to work with.
The project was on time and on the budget, and we would definitely use SDW Constuction inc again.

Samuel and his crew did a room addition and kitchen remodel for me in Walnut Creek and I couldn't be happier with the work they did. All of the framing, trim work and finishes really all professionally installed and look beautiful. Sam worked with my engineer through every step of the project and helped me make very difficult decisions. I can't wait for them to do my 2nd story add on in the future! You rock sam!

SDW Construction did a wonderful job! Sam the owner is very nice and tries his hardest to make what you want happen. He worked closely with me on each step to be done to ensure I was satisfied. I felt comfortable calling or emailing with any concerns or changes I wanted to make.

He did a room addition on my home, about 800sq ft. With a master bathroom and walk-in closet. I LOVE the closet! He had someone who installed custom shelving and drawers.
The bathroom is beautiful with big separate tub and walk-in shower, and a little room for the toilet.

Sam and his guys re-did two bathrooms in my home; my master bathroom and guest downstairs bathroom.
I love it!! He turned my old basic tub with shower head and pull curtain into a beautiful deep tub and separate glass-walled walk-in shower! Tile work, built in shelves, specialty shower head..love it.
Guest bath looks great too, redid the combined tub and shower and installed glass slide doors. New tile, no more old moldy grout!
Great attention to detail and he worked with me every step of the way to make sure I was happy.
Would defiantly hire him and his team again!

Samuel and his crew did an excellent job on my kitchen remodel. They took my dream concept and made it a reality! The workers were extremely respectful, professional, and punctual.
