Our signature product is a basement coating system called "Coat of Armor". The coating dries into a waterproof rubber membrane which eliminates the moisture necessary for mold growth. It contains a biocide additive that prevents mold from re-forming on the new surface. Our system eliminates musty odors and creates a new surface that can even be painted over. Our main focus is our quality driven work, attention to detail, and commitment to our customers to provide the best services possible at reasonable prices. Since inception, the bulk of our work has been in the Mortgage Field Services industry. We have worked with and/or completed work orders for HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Bank of America, Attorneys, Brokers, Realtors, Landlords, and many more.
Although we continue working MFS, we are also focusing on "New" business relationships with private customers throughout the region.
