    inground pool and screen enclosure
    $83,000

    We hired Waldhauer and sons to build a pool for us at the same time we were building a new house. We met with them on the cleared site in 2019 and came up with a design. The final contract was sent to us 2 months later( January 2020) 1 week later we sent them the document they needed us to fill out to submit for permitting. (February 4th 2020). June 2020, they finally submitted the permit documents. The permit was so incompetently submitted that the state sent the permit request back with almost 20 requests for additional information. After many weeks of them attempting to get the information to correctly submit we cancelled the contract. 8 months and no contract shows absolute ineptitude.
    After cancelling the contract, they sent us back 5% of our down payment, keeping the other 95% for their "efforts". $8000 for their efforts, I would avoid this company at all costs.
