Walker Collinsworth Plumber
Established in 2006, Walker-Collinsworth Custom Home Builders began to build custom homes in and around Memphis, Tennessee focusing primarily in Collierville, Germantown, Lakeland and Rossville.
Because Walker-Collinsworth Homes focuses on bringing historical and architectural details to their homes, they have been selected to be not only builders but often times exclusive builders in many new home communities in the area.
Currently building in The Village of Cotton Bend in Rossville, Walker-Collinsworth has been selected as the exclusive home builder for the future Lake District community in Lakeland as well as the Provenance neighborhood in Collierville. In these neighborhoods, Walker-Collinsworth works closely with an architect or a group of architects to build semi-custom homes. These architects are nationally recognized for their home designs. In the Lake District, Walker-Collinsworth will work closely with LRK to provide the home plans. In the majority of Walker-Collinsworth’s semi-custom home builds, Jim Brassfield of the former architectural firm Lavell Walker, aids in developing the home plans to meet the customers needs. Jim has been featured in the September 2017 issue of At Home magazine with a Walker-Collinsworth built home.
The semi-custom home process takes existing home plans and updates the plan as needed to meet the customers needs. By no means is this method a cookie-cutter model home.
We are happy to work on your custom home plan as well, often the custom home building process is longer and more expensive than the semi-custom home with home values ranging from $750 thousand to more than $1.5 million in the majority of our custom home builds.
