Walsh Brothers Construction

We began rehabbing and remodeling projects in the late 1990s and expanded into home building. We expanded on our engineering, technical and building trade background to build energy efficient homes by building nine Energy Star homes and being awarded the DOE Builders Challenge for building one high performance energy efficient home. All were built in the City of Chicago. These homes reduce pollution put into the air and save the homeowners thousands of dollars from not wasting energy. All of this achieved at no additional cost compare to any other quality built home or properly done remodel. We believe that a home should not only be excellent looking, but should offer the homeowner a priceless level of comfort, conservation, durability and health benefits.
