I hired the Wessinger Group for an addition/remodel/renovations in July 2010. He came highly recommended, Bill Wessinger and his mother Heilder, came to my home and talked all nice and said how it is going to be a pleasure working with you, Well, it has been over two years and six months and they are still not finished with the addition/remodel/renovations. The last straw was in September of 2012, they attempted to tie in the new addition's roof with with the old roof causing several roof leaks. I have buckets in the kitchen, dining room, garage, and back room to collect the water when it rains, and I love how my ceiling is starting to cave due to the water damage. I lost several items due to the water leak and needed to replace my dryer, I told them this, what did they do? NOTHING, and still did not fix the leaks! It makes me feel safe and secure when I seeing water coming out of an electrical outlet in my kitchen from the leak they caused. Over the past four months I have called Bill and Heilder several times and pleaded with them to fix the leak, but to no avail. I then decided to register a complaint with the BBB, out of desperation and hoping this would jump start him to finish the job. After Bill Wessinger found out I wrote the BBB he texted me, "Too busy answering BBB complaint....No time for you! Have not heard from him since. Bill and Heilder had time to take my money, and stupid me gave them over 51K, and he or Heilder has no time for me to honor the contract he signed! HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK.......if you hire at all!
