I initially met with Nona Artazova Field Service Trainer we discussed the remodeling of my kitchen she came with a LARGE VOLUME of samples. She took measurements and drawings of how my kitchen would look once completed. I selected my cabinets as well as my counter tops. I remember the colors precisely because they were very different but very beautiful colors mustard, red, black and orange. I was quoted 18,000.00

At the end of November 2020 Ms. Artazora came to my home to pick up the deposit to get the project started... Not a word from her or this company until February 2021 in which an my installation appointment was scheduled for February 15, 2021

Dave Kelly Interior Project Coordinator called on February 12, 2021 and stated installation would be delayed until February 16, 2021 unfortunately this is when the nightmare begins. On February 18, 2021 the person installing the kitchen sink noticed that it was broken and informed Mr. Kelly who said he would order another one. February 23, 2021 installation stops. New sink broken=no sink, no water in my kitchen means is equivalent to installation STOPS!

I heard absolutely NOTHING from ANYONE from this company from February 23, 2021 - March 16, 2021 when I called Dave Kelly myself. After not having running water in my kitchen for weeks without a word and not to mention materials such as the broken sink left in my livingroom.

I received a email from Jay Blass Measure Tech that ensures me that the company will work the hardest to make sure I'm satisfied. At the end of March this company brings a gray granite countertop to my home. This wasn't what I picked initially but they insisted on telling me that when you cut granite the colors change. I've NEVER HEARD SUCH A THING! Ms. Artazova told me not to worry my kitchen will be beautiful and she has pictures of my finger on this gray granite countertop. She wanted me to believe that some how those beautiful colors that I can precisely remember mustard, red, black and orange changed to gray. Not to mention all of this is going on I'm still without running water in my kitchen.

Tatiana Luqman District Manager came to my home with a sample and told me she would remove 1,000.00 from my bill and would upgrade my faucet. She also stated the original countertop that I initially selected they no longer carried. Not that the color changes when you cut it, not that was what I originally selected but that they no longer had it. But the sample that she bought to my home was HORRIBLE.

But after not having heard from them for so long and having to wash my dishes in other areas of my house I wanted to see exactly who I was dealing with and decided to reach out to the BBB in March 2021 I found out that this company isn't an accredited company and has 0 stars with the BBB.

Another person that I spoke with was Jeanne Freeman she says she's from the legal department and has threatened me on numerous occasions to send me to collections. These people are HORRIBLE!!!

What a nightmare to try and work with. Quoted $28,409.86 to remodel two bathrooms with a plastic inset product. During our remodel process we discovered we had to totally upgrade the electrical. When our electrician requested the exhaust fans from Transform so he could provide proper electrical questioned why fans were ordered when there we NOT fans currently in the home -- hence there were no vents to exhaust to the outside. When questioned Transform said they don't do any of this work (so why provide us with the fans). It was clear at this point that they were going to have their contractor hit us up for additional costs to drill holes to exhaust to the outside of the home. At this point we questioned working with them at all as they were not transparent with their bid... only provide a quality of product and refused to provide for a breakdown of each item. At this point we were ready to source our own materials and abandon their install. They held up the remodel on this home, then held us hostage saying they had already ordered materials and we are keeping the initial deposit of $8,022.96. I asked for the products which had been ordered to be delivered with an itemized cost for each item which we never did receive. They refused to refund any of the deposit and considered it a "re-stocking" fee. I told them I didn't want the products re-stocked but delivered. Communication totally ceased for weeks without promised phone calls or emails. THIS COMPANY IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED. We did finally get pricing from their headquarters in FL and discovered the markup on each item was outrageous and included the install charge. NO TRANSPARENCY WITH THIS COMPANY. Don't go through Home Advisor to get a quote for a remodel as you will likely get Transform responding and putting you through the same agony we have just gone through. We are now pursuing legal action against them. Will keep you informed of our success or failure at getting our 30% deposit returned. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO GIVE UP THIS KIND OF MONEY ONLY TO HAVE COMMUNICATION TOTALLY SHUT DOWN AND THEN RECEIVE ONLY TWO FANS FOR THE BATHROOM REMODEL.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. This company "Transform Sr Home Improvement" is by far the worst service of so called "professional contractors" here in Colorado. A short tempered man, and his 14 year old(with no mask, working on empty stomach, no gloves, put in positions where he could be hurt ie:throwing cabinets at him with nails/screws poking out, did NOT clean up after himself so nails were sticking out of the floor and walls.) His son doing most of the hard labor, and the fact that they were working to remodel a whole kitchen without proper gear, his dad being unprepaired for a job that he had already rescheduled 3 times is outrageous. He was trying to half ass the job and get it done as soon as possible, without caring about the people who are paying for the job to be done(shotty electrical=FIRE). After waiting 4 months to hear back from the company, when they had a down payment already for the remodel but supposedly lost my email/phone number and even my house address so I did not hear anything from them such as updates on everything I had ordered from them. I had called them many different times within those months, leaving a phone number for them to call. Never heard back from them till I had finally called and got a human on the line. We also had been promised that our old cabinets would be salvageable to be recycled when they had been completely man handled and ripped out and in the process not a bit of the old kitchen had been salvageable. The sales representative that came out and talked to us and measured everything promised that we would have appliances in the package and then months later told that we would have to pay out of pocket for appliances and would not be getting any with the package($4,000+ dollars) if the information had been relayed sooner I would have been able to get black friday deals. To put the cherry on top of the icing we had to go out of our way and hire a whole different contractor(man) to oversee and do most of the work that the first "man" is/was not going to do properly just because my daughter and I(both women) dont know anything when it's our house and we want it done the right way. When asked to fix something or do something that had been done wrong, he would throw a tantrum, yell instead of talk, and walk back from the kitchen to his vehicle and barely do any work within the hours that he was suppose to be at our house "working". I would never recommend this company even on a good day.
