Location....We have communities and homesites for your consideration in the area. If you already have a homesite or are considering one of ours, let us examine it with you to help determine the best home style and the most advantageous placement for it on the lot. We have a large selection of single-family plans from modest single-levels to those multi-story, multi-car plans. We have the home plan or we will help you create it.
Plans….We have developed plans to meet today’s homeowner’s needs, open floor plans, large eating kitchens, landing zones from the garage, laundry rooms on the same level as the bedrooms, flexible rooms that can be used for many different purposes. We will do multiple drafts to get things just right.

We walk you through showrooms, locate and present samples, search for sources to satisfy your ideas, price alternatives to help manage your budget, and constructively criticize to help maintain that all important "feel" of your design. We are in contact with you and meeting you at your convenience numerous times throughout the selection and installation process both on-site and off.
