Wheelhouse Construction is a custom home building company specializing in new homes, additions and renovations in the Greenville, SC area. We operate under a unique business model that allows for the flexibility to do smaller jobs while maintaining the scalability needed for the larger projects. We believe that the building process should be transparent, that our clients should be treated with respect and their resources valued.
If you have an interest in starting a project, we can help you begin the process by providing planning advice for budgeting, building plans and specifications, site layout and material selections. During the construction or renovation, we manage all aspects of the process including permitting, labor coordination, material sourcing, code compliance and financial management. Regular site visits are performed to ensure that quality workmanship and attention to detail are maintained. We like to communicate with our clients regularly to keep you informed and prepared for each step along the way. We prefer to under promise and over deliver and strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
