Had a problem with wall socket. Called Mr Whyte regarding same. It was
4.45 on a Friday. He was able to talk me thru the problem and I got a quick fix over the phone. He took the time even though he was going away on a short vacation. Great person with lots of patience and kindness. Wonderful. Ed Ratliff
