When WW2 Marine Fighter Pilot, Al Wilcox established Wilcox in 1963, his guiding vision was clear: to build products that always exceed our clients’ expectations. Leading the company until his retirement in 1984, his son Bob and head superintendent Jim Lessard took ownership, and after retiring themselves, turned over the reins to a new group of industry veterans and dedicated leaders: Matt Lessard, Paul Carter, and Trent Holobaugh.
Though much has changed since 1963, Al’s founding principle continues to be Wilcox’ driving force today with every single project we take on.
