Horrible! Terrible work! Not up to code! Never met deadlines! Tried to have electrician inflate bill to get more money. He basically stole over $40,000 of our money and refused to finish the job. While my wife was 9months pregnant and we were living in a hotel with our two other kids under 5. I am the owner of 11 Baldwin rd. You have the project listed as complete… the only reason it is complete is cause i had to finish it myself. Do not recommend this contractor for even changing a lightbulb! There is a reason he changes his website and address every few years… he is not allowed to pull permits in the city of peabody… and pretty soon danvers. That is how bad he is! He has everything in a trust his home, his jet ski… his cars are leased. Send this guy a message! Do not use him!
