This is the second time I have used Red Diamond to do a roof replacement. Ed was my Project Manager and he did a great job explaining all the options to me, dealing with the insurance company and keeping me updated though the entire process. Their prices are competitive, the crew worked efficiently, and their cleanup after the job was spotless. Top quality work! I hope I don’t need yet another roof, but if I do I would not hesitate to use Red Diamond again. I highly recommend them.

We have a 1911 Bungalow and our roof needed to be completely redone. Brian Dewald was easy on the phone and at our first meeting gave us honest advice, clearly explained our options, and he was easy to communicate with. Brian also came a second time to meet with our insurance adjuster to help us through the filing process. The crew was timely and did a great job on our roof. They were on time, professional, and they paid attention to details! During the job, Brian would send us photos updating us on the process and when the job was completed they went above and beyond our expectations doing touch-up painting and a thorough cleaning job to protect our kids' feet! I hired Red Diamond Roofing to replace my roof after it was damaged by hail. They were fantastic. I worked with Brian, and he explained the process at each step. Tyler Calomino was the person who handled the complete re-roofing of my house. He showed me many samples and his people then installed the roof as ordered. The cleanup was professionally done and inspected by Tyler to make sure it was done. I have a better roof than was originally installed. These guys were absolutely great to work with. Project was completed n time, and they took care of dealing with the insurance company. I barely had to do anything. They were courteous, respectful and cleaned up every piece of trash before they left. Even rolled around 2 giant magnets to make sure there were no nails in my grass. The roof looks great. We had Brian Dewald as our main contact at Red Diamond. Not only did he make sure inspections were done properly, and thoroughly by the insurance company, but he also personally made sure they covered all the required work that needed to be done. When the began, Red Diamond was also right n time with material delivery, removal of the old roof and installation of the new. When the work was done, I was amazed at the care they took in cleanup making sure my kids and pets were safe from any hidden material that would have remained.

Red Diamond replaced my roof and found the sub-contractors to repair other items on my home damaged by a very bad hail storm. My project manager, Travis, did a fantastic job communicating each step with me and making it where I had to do nothing other than call Red Diamond. Would absolutely use again when I need more roofing needs!

We had our roof replaced this past fall, and ended up using Red Diamond Roofing. Our consultant, Christian Olson was an absolute pleasure to work with... from the initial visit/consultation all the way through the process, he was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and responsive. Hopefully we won't have to replace our roof again any time soon, but if we do I would definitely plan to use Red Diamond again! Highly recommended!

In the process of selling our house in December, we agreed to install a new roof. Our Red Diamonds project manager Ed Duffy did a great job helping us work with our insurance carrier, buy a good quality roof and most importantly get the roof installed, before closing in a small good weather window just after a 2 foot snowstorm. It was miraculous how well it all came together.

After discovering hail damage on a rental property, I contacted a few roofing companies to get quotes. Red Diamond roofing quickly made me an appointment with Mark Lewis who was out the next day. Mark took the time to explain the whole roof claims process and while performing the inspection of the roof, also alerted me to other issues that would need addressing. Mark did not attempt to upsell me on any services and in fact in one instance recommended I find another contractor for some additional work as they could get things done faster and more cost effectively than his crew.

I really appreciated his attention to detail and ability to convey information to me in an easy to understand manner. I ended up going with a non-standard tile color but Mark made it work and provided me all the information necessary to have my current insurance company (a different one than covered the hail damage) approve the discount for impact resistance.

Mark kept in contact with me throughout the entire process and after any email or phone call responded to me within a few hours. Where we had schedule conflicts for in person meeting, Mark worked to make things easier on my end. Red Diamond roofing already had a good reputation prior to my selection of them as a roofing contractor. My experience with the project manager, Mark Lewis only further cements in my mind that their reputation is well deserved and I always mention them and my experience when discussing roof work with friends and family.

We needed an new roof due to a hail storm. Christian Olson was always available by phone or text whenever we had any questions. The work was prompt, professional, and clean. You can tell they take pride in their work.

Red Diamond Roofing has been 100% Professional on all 3 Homes I've had to re-roof over the last 9 years! For each project, my PM was Brian Dewald and he not only is top notch and well-known in the industry in the Denver area, he is also friendly, super-positive, and even fun to be around. I struggled with insurance company/adjuster interactions myself, but when Brian got involved, his discussions with the same people seemed to go quickly and easily (in my favor!)

All estimates and other required paperwork were well-prepared and thorough. When I wasn't sure how to fill out city forms, Brian was always willing and available to help. Once it was time to replace the roof, we were made aware well in advance. We were also told how to best prepare for the level of activity on our property and on the roof. Tear-off and re-roofing work was performed quickly and at an exceptional quality level. In our experience with Red Diamond, clean-up has always been very detailed including the use of a powerful magnet to pick up stray nails.

I'm a picky buyer with home projects and Red Diamond, with Brian's leadership have never let me down. I consider Brian a trusted adviser and should that nasty Colorado hail strike again, I'll certainly be calling Brian for a 4th time! We had our home re-roofed with Red Diamond last year after extensive hail damage. Mark was extremely knowledgable and kept us well informed throughout the whole process. The actual repair was super fast, and the team cleaned up and left our home as if nothing had happened (except for the new roof and gutters!) We're so happy we decided to move forward with Red Diamond.

Working with this company was so easy! Project Manager Travis just took charge of everything, was completed in two days, we had some pretty bad hail damage, had to replace the gutters also, not even a hiccup in the project, I can rarely say that when working with contractors.

Worked with Brian a few years ago on a claim that was denied by insurance. Called back again recently and worked with George. Both times they guys at Red Diamond were very accommodating, worked around my schedule to make sure they were here at every step of the process.
George made several trips to make sure we were satisfied with shingle color selection and that everything went smooth. Didnt have to wait long and the group gave me a accurate timeline from the beginning. Roof looks great and was up in one day.

I dealt with Matthew, a project manager, for Red Diamond Roofing when I needed a new roof from the most recent hail storm. Mathew was also prompt when returning my calls and scheduling the job. The workers were neat, quiet and very professional. After the roof and gutters were completed Mathew personally re-swept the yard for any missed nails and screws. The city inspector told me that I received a very good roof. I would definitely recommend Red Diamond Roofing. Red Diamond Roofing also replaced the shake roof on my gazebo with asphalt shingles. It looks beautiful. A job well done.

It was a year ago this week that the worst hail storm I had ever seen came through. We were very lucky to have Red Diamond Roofing repair our roof. Our project manager, Travis Barre had previously worked as an insurance adjuster, so he was able to guide us through the process and manage the roofing crew, the gutter crew, and deal with our insurance company's questions. He found and documented hail damage to the roof, fence and deck that the insurance company paid to fix. The process was seamless, the office staff's scheduling and communication was pleasant and dependable and Travis's expertise and helpfulness was invaluable. We now have a beautiful 40 year roof for the price of our deductible. Kudos and the most high of recommendations for Red Diamond Roofing, their staff and their customer service was most outstanding.

Following a hail storm in 2018 we received a flyer in the mail. No pressure just the facts. After I had contacted my insurance company and they approved my claim I mentioned Red Diamond Roofing to the claims adjuster. He was familiar with them and indicated that he felt they were reputable. I called and Tyler came out to meet with us on my schedule. Again there was no pressure. We set a date to have the work done and Tyler made it happen. We're happy with the result and the process was great. Tyler took care of the building permit. The communication from Tyler and the Red Diamond staff was awesome. Needed to replace shingles and gutter/downspouts following a hail storm last summer. Project manager and work crew were excellent. Good work ethic, friendly, professional. Project was completed within the projected timeline. Very pleased with the quality of work and timeliness of completing the project.

We had tree damage from that wind storm in the Spring.

We got a recommendation from a friend and after we decided to go with Red Diamond, they were quick to get to us. Let than two weeks later, they showed up and had our old roof removed and new one installed in less than 9 hours.

Install day was educational and really easy. The entire roof removed and replaced by the afternoon because they brought a lot of workers and our single-story ranch made it a little quicker too. Very fast though. They finished by checking the entirety of our property with magnets a couple of times making certain there weren't left over nails anywhere. Really thorough.

Our neighbor was really funny too. He watched them do their work across the street. He asked for their contact information saying that he had never seen a crew work so efficiently. Ha!

Red Diamond Roofing did an exceptional job from start to finish. I contacted Brian Dewald of RDR in July 2016. He came to my home the next business day with everything necessary including the samples of the specific hail impact resistant shingles we discussed, company information, company licenses and certificates, and contracts for my review. I had a special roof decking request that required extra effort to source. No problem. Brian and his inside project manager communicated with State Farm to obtain the increased claim amount my project required. The Superintend and roofing crew posted a permit and started on the precise day he stated. Brian came by later that day to check on everything. The work crew was outstanding and maybe the hardest working men I've seen. When the roof was completed they left behind absolutely no debris. Brian came by again after completion to finish the process. Brian Dewald was extremely professional and I'm very satisfied with the project. Thanks!

They subcontracted my roofing job out to another company that slapped on a roof that was curling over and coming up along the edges of the roof within 30 days. Jim Barata, our so called project manager was a joke-he didnt respond to e-mails and when he did, he flat out lied. Dishonest. unethical company and I have the pics and e-mails to back up everything I say. Use at your own risk.
