Y2 is an contemporary builder, developer and remodeler headquartered in Columbus Ohio.
The goal of Y2 is to enable everyone to create the space they envision.

We factor all three, in this exact order, and we also factor them together as one complete philosophy. If we reverse the order and put cost first, the tendency is to ignore the first and discard the second. When this happens, mistakes happen, quality suffers, and the construction project becomes poorly managed and the end product fails.
Y2 was name after my beloved grandmother, Rose, who exudes joy and happiness to everyone who came across her. Rose always believed to never age- and that was very accurate. At her age, she was able to still walk, dance, smile and care for us. She was at the center of hearts. We oftened name her "Young Young"- hence the name, Y2.
