After thoroughly discussing the resurfacing of my elevated rear deck, and the construction of a new stairway, with a landing, I was given a vet fair quote, a contract, and three referee. I was surprised by the extremely positive responses all three gave Zeas, since I hadn’t seen work photos nor many reviews on line. All three references had had Zeas complete more than one home improvement, so I signed the contract. They started the next day and finished ten days later. The deck, new railing and especially the new stairway are all gorgeous. The workmanship is excellent (no nails used; every board was screwed down) and the area was left in pristine condition. I have already recommended him to several friends, and will definitely use Zeas Construction in the future.
