Multi-Room Remodel
I am available except between 2:30 and 3:30 on weekdays. *Master bath: 1. Remove the shower stall and tile the shower. 2. Remove and replace the floor tile. 3. Replace the toilet. 4. Possibly tile the closet (not necessary) *Guest bath: 1. Remove and replace floor tile. 2. Replace vanity if possible. *Bedrooms (3) and dining room 1. Crown molding (approximately 200 feet) *Back porch: 1. Remove one column and replace with an 8"x8" post 2. Split another 8x8 to make 2 half columns attached to the brick. 3. Attach 2 rods along the ceiling between the posts for hanging outside curtains. (This is the least important of all).
