Patio Work
I have a house in Coolidge that needs the asphalt patio re-sealed and the drywall ceiling of the patio repaired and painted.
It is currently occupied; the tenants have been there two years, and I will be going there this Saturday morning to renew their lease. The patio is about 30' by 14' with 12' by 12' as a usable balcony. I may actually have some paint left from the last time I did the work, but I won't know till I get back out there on Saturday.
