Complete 900 sqft of 24*48 tiles, thinset only (no mortar), which includes:
(1) 4 small bathrooms
(2) 4 rooms about 150 sqft each
(3) Complete master bathroom which is currently partially tiled (complete 2 restrooms inside)
(4) Grout all the above and another 2,700 sqft
(5) All wet spaces (bathrooms) to include tile baseboards (same material)
