The project consists of a 6,500+ sq. ft. total gross area, including approximately 4,140 sq. ft. of air-conditioned space, extensive covered terraces, a spa, pool (under separate permit), elevator, guest suite, BBQ area, and high-end finishes throughout.
Scope of work includes electrical work.
