Deck and Railing Replacement
Rails: The rails are wobbly in spots, so we want to make sure they are secure. I do not know if they can be repaired or if we will need to replace the entire rail system.
Deck: The deck surface is pretty rough in spots. Should we replace the individual boards or is it time to replace the entire deck?
Crows Nest: We would like to build a Crows Nest basically above the hot tub on the south side of the deck to get a view of the ocean.
Rear Deck: The rear deck looks pretty rough but it cleaned up with a pressure washer. I just want to get your impression as to whether we should do something with it. That is the last picture, which shows the smaller, red-surfaced deck.
