Commercial Renovation
The scope of work includes;
- Finishing out the new space per the drawings.
- Providing 11 store fixtures per the drawings and the cabinet detail information provided.
- removing the existing kiosk (after the new space is completed), capping off utilities and services, and repairing the mall floor.
In order for our Tropik Sun concept to work effectively in a secondary location, we need to be able to "hook" customers with smells, which is why the need for opening up as much of the storefront as is practical. Originally, we were looking at a rollup grille system but have opted for a side closure system (attached Dynamic Closure info).
