Laundry Closet
I want to add a laundry closet off my living room. I’m thinking 3.5 x 5‘ approximately. Would need the two walls built and a door. If you do electrical or plumbing, the laundry room is being built just above where they are in the basement, so connections should be easy. The photo shows where I want the room to go. It should extend out to the hallway and come into the room about 3 1/2 feet.
