I would like to add at least one room added and expand/remodel the kitchen (2 bathrooms to be expanded if in the budget).

really need a carport or garage depending on cost

she has always wanted to expand her home because it is too small
its cheaper than buying a new home..... home is 100 years old, really loves the lot shes on and the location, so she really doesnt want to have to move
The week of the 11th she is off all week for spring break
the design ideas are very important for her.... wants to see good modern ideas, she is in a historic neighborhood, she wants to keep those historic elements
