Roofing
I just purchased this property and now the insurance company has told me the roof needs to be replaced and the siding cleaned/repaired. I wasn't expecting to have to replace the roof this soon so I am concerned about budget. I only have until the end of October to get the work finished. There is an outbuilding on the property that likely also needs to have the shingles replaced or at the very least power washed.
