I’m planning a kitchen remodel (possibly 2 bathrooms as well) in Daly City and am looking for a designer or draftsperson to prepare a permit-ready plan set and submit on my behalf if possible.
Scope Summary:
-Kitchen
-Potentially 2 bathrooms
-Partial removal of a non-load-bearing interior wall.
-Are you able to confirm and indicate in the plan or do we need structural engineer?
-New lighting and outlet layout. Rerouted range hood vent to the roof
