Window Frames Rot Repair and Bathroom Renovation
We had a glass company tell us that there was rot around our window frames on a big wall of windows (larger ones being 10' tall). We need the rot repaired and potentially any exterior modifications made to prevent it moving forward. We'd also like the glass replaced, but can go through a glass company for that, if needed. Additionally, we have 3 full bathrooms that we'd like renovated. New tile floor, tile shower surrounds, tile tub surrounds. The vanities are relatively new, so we'd like to keep those if possible. But rip/replace everything else.
