Architectural Drawings
I purchased this unit in 2024, which is zoned Commercial B1. The previous owner completed significant work and used it as an office for over 30 years; however, the City of Denver does not have any record of a Certificate of Occupancy.
The Denver Fire Department requires a Certificate of Occupancy before inspection. To obtain one, I understand I will need to file for a change of use/occupancy permit with no alterations to the building. For this, an architect’s plan must be submitted to Denver County.
The unit is approximately 6,000 square feet. Could you please direct me to the right person or department in your firm who can assist me with this process?
Please let me know if this is something you can assist with. Thank you!
