Need a contractor who can help remodel a shower room, laundry room, a family shower/laundry/bathroom, and 6 shared bathrooms at a homeless shelter. The goals are for the space to be more accessible for the disabled community and to create a calming environment that promotes a sense of safety. We also need durability since these spaces get a lot of use. Hi- there are two bathrooms that I am looking to renovate. Master Bath: Leave existing tub. Demo all surrounding tile, floor, glass, vanity, floors, toilets and replace with new. Add new tile to wall above the tub. Add niche to shower wall. Replace new vanity, new toilet, new fixtures. Secondary Bath: Demo all tile, shower, pedestal sink, toilet. Replace with wall-to-wall vanity, new tile, new toilet, new fixtures

The house is 113 years old, and the plumbing in the main bathroom is at least 50. A leak from the sink ruined the dining room ceiling below. The bathtub has cracks in the enamel.
