Roof Repair or Replacement
I would like to have the flat roof inspected for any damages and repaired/patched prior to the onset of winter. There are no active leaks, but there are a few areas where standing water is accumulating. I would like an estimate on 1) the cost to repair any current damage that might lead to leaks over the winter and 2) an estimate on how much it would cost to replace the entire roof.
Note, the roof covers two addresses.
Total square footage of roof: 2,880 sf.
