Home Addition
We have a traditional 2 story home with 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms and a partially finished basement. The home was built in 1995 by Suburban Builders of Grand Ledge. We would like to add a first floor master suite with a walk in closet and bathroom with walk in shower. We have a large 3-4 season room that we would like to consider converting to a master suite but it is not large enough so it would need new flooring, a larger footprint and a structurally sound foundation. The room is fully insulated, sheet rocked,and has windows with low e glass. It has electrical service and is adjacent to the plumbing and heating/air conditioning from the basement, family room, and kitchen. If this space is not a possibility then we would consider adding an addition to the back of the house.
