There is a slow leak from the base of a toilet that was installed 5 years ago. I think it is a Kohler Santa Maria one-piece toilet from Home Depot. The leak/seep has been happening for a month and getting slowly worse. The toilet was installed on a tile floor, and the clearance above the original flange set on the concrete slab below the tile flooring was an issue. I think a higher twist-and-set flange and new wax will solve the problem. Please let me know if this is something you can assist with. Thank you!
