New Sewer and Water Connection Work
This is an invitation to bid on a residential sewer and water connection. The house is 50 years old with a functioning well, septic and drain field. I intend to keep the well, isolating its output to an existing outdoor faucet. There is a copper line coming up through the floor next to the line from the well. I assume it goes at least through the foundation wall, and hopefully to the well casing in the front yard.
The sewer exits the house near the NW corner of the house. The run to the sewer and water connection would run along the North side of the house to the front yard East of the house. This would be approximately 100 ft. The basement floor is about three feet below grade.
