Painting and Flooring Work
Paint 2 bedrooms (150 SF and 175 SF), install vinyl flooring tiles in the living room/dining room area (approx. 375 SF), and paint the living room/dining room area.
Hoping for a team that can work simultaneously to complete the project as quickly as possible, working until finished without disruption from other jobs.
We are under contract with the sellers and expect to close on the property on March 7. Would like to have the work done sometime between the last 2 weeks of March, provided the sale goes forward as expected. If interested, please contact me. Thanks!
