Excavating Work
Excavate a 1900 ft.² pad for an 1100 square-foot ADU. The pad will be on grass behind the pool with excellent equipment access. The depth of cut will range from 4 inches on one side to 16 inches; the total volume will be about 50 yd.³, there is an additional 15 yd.³ piled on site that also will need to be removed.
