I need to find a contractor ASAP, We have a "contractor" doing the work. She was referred to me by my broker. The work doesnt seem to be getting done and time is almost out on the contract. It is to make the home compliant with VA standards. There are 4 things that needed done, I figured i will do one along with the other agent and one is being done as we speak, but I think they may have taken more on than they could do. I had no experience using them before and I know YOU are reputable (and I AM PRETTY sure dont want to speak to me, which it is what it is....) but I need to get this done ASAP and I know how busy you always are. If you are not able to take this on due to scheduling or personal reasons, could you possibly refer me to someone who would want the work being a side job or an...
