This place is a family beach house. We own it, but it needs a rebuild; it has been neglected over the years. I would like to see what you have to say about this property and an estimate on overall cost. The prints I have attached are not set in stone but are an idea. The cottage, I have been told, must be built on stilts because of it being so close to the water. We are not looking for anything fancy, just a house in the summer, as basic as can be. Any info/suggestions are greatly appreciated. This cottage has been in my husband's family, and it is not functional. My husband is chronically ill, and it is the only place he is at peace, so the sooner we can figure out if we can afford a build, the better. My wife and I are looking to redo a smaller bathroom with a closet. Looking to remove current tile, new vanity, painting, trim inside bathroom, new closet door, and the current exhaust fan does not exhaust outside the house, so top priority would be making sure the fan is exhausting properly.
