AC Replacements
Need to replace original Carrier 2.5-ton central AC unit (both air handler/evaporator and condenser). Townhouse is just under 1000 sq ft, single-story with vaulted ceilings in 1/2 the unit. Existing air handler/evap is located in attic space. The condenser was replaced, approx. 11 years ago; the system had R-22 but recently leaked due to corroding through evap coils.
