Barn Renovation
1800s bank barn with a stone foundation and a heavy timber mortise-and-tenon frame, featuring board and batten siding. The stone foundation has been cleaned after stucco removal but still requires re-pointing. The rest of the barn needs a complete rebuild, including new framing, a new metal roof, new floorboards and joists, new windows and doors, and three large barn doors.
