This is a rental property that needs repairs. The entire deck in the backyard needs removal/rebuilding. The other deck needs stabilizing. Dry rot needs fixing on exterior walls. Gutters need to be replaced. A tree fell on the pool deck and cracked it; it needs repair. Other things need to be done but are more cosmetic. If you're interested, please reach out. Thank you!
