Architectural Drawings and Designs
Based on the City's response (see the email below), we’ve been given two options:
Demolish the unpermitted modifications and restore the building to its original approved layout, or
Apply for tenant improvements, which would involve:
Reconfiguring the space
Updating unit addresses and signage
Submitting professionally designed plans (including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and egress layouts). If interested, please contact me. Thanks!
