Arched cabin build. 2nd-story loft with pier and beam foundation. We have a quote from an engineer and intend to do most of the labor on the build. We also already have an electrician we would use.
The arched cabin kit comes with the ribs and the cross braces as well as insulation for the arched walls and the roof materials. Once a kit is assembled on a subfloor and foundation, it is a complete structure that just needs end caps. We have a floor plan attached. GC is needed to obtain financing on the build.
