Contractor to do framing, subfloor, insulation, siding, drywall, basement waterproofing, roofing, and decks, stairs and ramps framing.
The owners will paint the inside, finish the flooring, deck floor railings and railing infill, and do all electrical work. They can also procure material for anything ≤ 10', except drywall.
